This gem, a 60 square metre air-conditioned apartment in the very heart of the old town is perfect for couples or a family with a baby/ toddler or perhaps 2 friends travelling together as the Superking wide 180cm bed can split to two single beds at your request.
Located on a quiet residential street, you’re guaranteed a great nights sleep, yet couldn’t be better located, only a 2-minute walk to Plaza Mayor, 4 minutes to the famous Olivar Food Market and 6 mins to Plaza Espana where the wooden train to Soller departs. We are also super conveniently located for key shopping streets, the Cathedral (Se) and are only 750 metres from Palma’s nearest beach. You literally have it all.
The spacious living room looks out on to the traditional wooden Mallorca balcony, from where you wan watch the Palma street scene unfold whilst enjoying a glass of cava or wine from a local bodega.
A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare everything from tapas to full meals using ingredients from Palma’s amazing Olivar market, a mecca for foodies with the best fish, vegetables, delicatessens and more sold daily.
The apartment has its own private entrance and stairs up to the first floor, and we own the building so you won’t be bothered by noise from above or below.
In the living room is a 49″ smart TV with Free Netflix and International channels by Satellite. We are lucky to enjoy direct fibre internet at 250mb so its a great place to work and play.
Palma is a fantastic city, brimming with history, culture and amazing independent shops, cafes, bistros and restaurants. Exploring it from Your Home in the Old Town is the best way to live as a local in Mallorca.
"AirBnBaby!!! We brought our 5 month old and were amazed by all the baby amenities Susan had put in the apartment; baby bath, baby cot, lots of toys, high chair, rocking chair and a play rug. We instantly felt at home and relaxed. The location is amazing, super central in the old town and all the main sights were walkable through beautiful old town streets. We never had to take the same route twice. When we come back to Palma we will not hesitate to stay here again! Highly recommended."

"Susan is a great host. She was very helpful even on short notice and replied almost instantly to our questions and needs. The house itself provides everything necessary especially when travelling with kids. Susan provided a high chair, a cot, baby towels, stuff to play... The location is perfect if you wanna experience Palma itself but also wasn't a problem when we hired a car as Susan offered safe parking around the corner. Overall it's fantastic and a great place to stay."
