Urban Retreat is a private 2-bedroom apartment with patio set inside the Canto De Luz, one of Porto’s leading boutique hotels. It offers the tranquillity that could be the middle of the countryside but is actually the centre of the old town of Porto.
The Retreat has two large open plan bedrooms, each with its own sofa and 50” Smart TV with Free Netflix. One has an Xbox with 2 controllers for family downtime after a day exploring Porto. It also features a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need to whip up Portuguese delicacies. it also has a work area and a dining area. The apartment is filled with custom-made furniture, original art, premium appliances and fun gadgets. Our rate includes daily housekeeping service and breakfast served at your table or delivered to the Retreat each day.
The Retreat is located at the very heart of the city, minutes of walk away from Avenida dos Aliados, Torre dos Clérigos, Rua das Flores, Ribeira and the riverfront. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bike rental and Vinotecas (traditional wine shops) are also next door.
Our breakfasts have become a part of Porto’s folklore – they change daily according to the season and produce available in our local markets – always homemade with love.

"Wonderful experience with very friendly helpful staff. One of the best breakfasts we have had with home made cakes, fresh squeezed orange juice, home made yoghurts and preserves. Could not have asked for better. Super comfy apartment with our own kitchenette, dining area, private patio and even a washer / dryer - perfect for travelling with family.
